If you enter a non-serviceable address in the address field at checkout, our team will reach out to you to collect an alternative address.
Refunds:
Refund is only in the form of a store credit.
If GLAM MODAapproves your return request, your refund will be as a credit note and will exclude any associated costs such as but not limited to shipping, taxes, duties, customs costs (customs duties and taxes are non-refundable).
GLAM MODA is not responsible nor liable to you for any foreign exchange fees which our or your bank or any payment processor or third party charges you when placing or refunding an order on GLAM MODA.
Return Policy:
Wedo not acceptany return unless the goods have quality issues, damaged or wrong products.
If the quality issue is found, the buyer must inform us immediately after receiving the goods.
To initiate a return request, please submit a return request via email at
shop@glam moda.comasking for ran (return authorization number) with attached proof pictures supporting the claim for return.
Kindly be informed that GLAM MODAteam will assess your request and will confirm to you whether or not the item can be considered eligible for return or not.
GLAM MODAhas the final and conclusive say over this and is not liable to you in any way.
ShouldGLAM MODAdeem that the item is accepted for return, GLAM MODA will not be liable to you in any way beyond refunding the value of the damaged item as credit note after it has been received back in the same condition it was shipped.
Any request for changeafter 2 days of receiving goods is beyond our responsibility.

Return Conditions Procedure:
Request by email must be received within2 daysfrom our delivery date.
All returns should be requested via email before you ship the item(s) back to us.
This allows us to process your return request quickly. If you send us your item(s) without placing a return request to us via email and receiving our approval to review the return request and send the product to us , we will be obliged to ship the item(s) back to you at your own expense and your return request will automatically be rejected.
Procedures For Shipping The Approved To Return Items:
Item(s) must beshippedwithin 2daysfromreceiving the ran (return authorization number) sent to you via email.
All items should be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Return items and all their packaging items should be unused, unaltered and in pristine condition with all original tags attached (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, used or returned without their original tags and packaging will not be accepted and will be shipped back at your own expense and associated taxes, duties and/or other fees.
Return Exceptions:
Return should be made through the same shipment service as for the original delivery unless otherwise approved by GLAM MODAin writing.
Returns should be made from the location where they were received; in case you’re returning your shipment from a different location, please contact our GLAM MODAcostumer care and place a change request.
Repeated Returns:
We offer an easy return policy and monitor the number of returns made by customers.
Accounts with recurrent returns will be flagged, denied requests or deactivated at GLAM MODA’s discretion.
Exchanges:
GLAM MODAcurrently doesn’t offer an option of exchange. If you would like a new product in place of your return, we suggest you place a new order.
Cancellation:
We do not offer the ability to cancel an order after you have successfully placed it on GLAM MODA.
